By downloading, accessing, or using the Fetch application ("the App"), operated by Bartholos Pty Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Fetch is a food ordering and delivery platform that connects customers with local restaurants ("Stores") in Hartswater and surrounding areas. We facilitate orders, payments, and delivery coordination between customers, stores, and delivery drivers.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and place orders. By using the App you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering and to keep your information up to date.
For pickup orders, you are responsible for collecting your order from the Store within a reasonable time of being notified it is ready.
Refund eligibility depends on the order status at the time of cancellation. Contact our support team for assistance with refund requests. Refunds for card payments are processed back to the original payment method via Yoco.
You may rate and leave comments about your order experience. Reviews must be honest, respectful, and may not contain offensive, defamatory, or false content. We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate these standards.

Stores listed on Fetch are independently owned and operated. Drivers may be independent contractors or store employees. Fetch is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of items sold by Stores, but we facilitate dispute resolution where possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fetch and Bartholos Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to delays, order errors, or food quality issues caused by a Store.
All content, branding, and software associated with the App are the property of Bartholos Pty Ltd and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date when changes are made.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.
